THE FINE PRINT

Response time: My goal is to respond to any customer inquiry within 24 hours, 48 hours max depending upon volume. I am located in the Pacific time zone and, while my primary office hours are 10am–6pm M–F, I am able to work some hours most weekends. I will communicate with you in advance regarding any significant and/or planned office outages I may have.

Method: I will require access to all of the patterns for which you foresee needing pattern support, as well as access to the email address you list for pattern support or an alternative means for customer communication.

Rate: My hourly rate for providing pattern support services is $28. I track time and charge to the nearest 10 minutes.

Payment: I send invoices via PayPal but payments may be made by PayPal, Wise or Zelle. Payment is due by the date listed on the invoice.
